FAQs

What is your return policy?

Because we provide a download of a pdf file, we cannot accept returns.  Please make certain that you understand this policy before placing your order.

How do I receive my order?

After you place your order, you will receive an email from us with a link to the pdf file you have purchased.  Follow the instructions in the email to download the file to your computer or mobile device.  You can then print the file from your home printer or have it printed at a professional print shop.

Are these images and files copyrighted?

Yes, all images we sell as pdf files are copyrighted by us.  When you purchase a file from us, you are purchasing the right to make print copies for your own non-commercial purposes.

What can I do with the files I purchase?

You may use them to create your own artwork for personal use, for teaching purposes, or to use as gifts.

You may use them in classrooms or Sunday school classes or similar groups or for other similar purposes.

You may use them for any purposes allowed by "Fair Use" guidance under your local laws.

You may post photos of your finished artworks on social media, but you must provide a credit to Naptown Press and/or a link back to our website with your photos.

You may not sell, transfer, or give the pdf files to anyone else.  We own the copyright to the files themselves and all rights are reserved.

If you are interested in using prints of our files for any commercial purposes, please contact us at todd@naptownpress.com.

If you want to give our pdf files as a gift, please purchase an electronic gift card from our store for that purpose.  Do not transfer the pdf files.

Thank you for understanding and following our strict intellectual property policies!
